Job summary

Flyper is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead on-site construction projects in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, proven management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is preferred. Competitive salary with accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as Construction Manager or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans with timelines and budgets.
• Oversee on-site construction activities to meet time and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Review designs and materials to meet safety standards.
• Monitor progress and provide stakeholder updates.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage construction team including hiring, training, evaluations.
• Ensure quality control throughout construction.
• Maintain records of expenses, progress, change orders.
