Owns end-to-end financial control across the Group's hospitality and F&B portfolio , accounting operations, reconciliations, postings, budgeting, audit readiness, fixed assetcontrol, payroll management and food cost/inventory discipline while leading the finance teams embedded across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Entity Operations, Reconciliation & Posting
Own full accounting operations (AP, AR, bank, GL) across all 5 entities.
Review monthly bank, supplier, intercompany & balance sheet reconciliations.
Ensure accurate, timely postings and month-end close per entity.
Payroll & related Management and processing as per each entity standards

Budgeting, Forecasting & Management Reporting
Lead annual budgeting and periodic rolling forecasts per entity.
Prepare monthly MIS packs and variance analysis for management.
Consolidate Group-level financial performance and present to leadership.

Internal & External Audit
Key contact for auditors across all entities; prepare audit schedules.
Drive timely closure of audit findings and strengthen internal controls.
Ensure compliance with Group policies and statutory requirements.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Monitor Group cash position and working capital across entities.
Manage banking relationships, facilities, and payment approvals.
Oversee credit control and AR collections where applicable.
Fixed Asset Management & Risk
Maintain fixed asset register (additions, disposals, depreciation).
Conduct periodic physical verification and reconcile to register.
Food Cost & Inventory Control
Monitor food cost across all F&B outlets against budgeted targets.
Oversee stock counts, variance analysis, and wastage control.
Partner with purchasing/operations to control labor cost and overheads.
7.Statutory Compliance & Payroll
Ensure VAT (NBR) and other statutory filings are accurate and timely.
Review payroll journals and ensure WPS/labor law compliance.
Liaise with government/regulatory authorities as required.
Supervise, train and develop finance staff embedded across outlets.
Design and enforce finance SOPs and controls Group-wide.
Own the accounting/ERP system and drive process improvement.
