• Order Processing: Accurately enter orders into the POS system, ensuring all items are correctly recorded.
• Payment Handling: Process transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments, and provide accurate change or receipts.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure orders are prepared and delivered to customers promptly and correctly.
• Reconciliation: Count and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, and report any discrepancies.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier counter and surrounding spaces.
• Customer Interaction: Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and elevate to management when necessary.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the menu, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
