The role requires a Bachelor's in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, plus ASE or equivalent certifications and at least 5 years of progressive workshop leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in automotive repair and workshop management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• ASE or equivalent certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle repairs.
• Mentor and manage technicians, providing training and performance feedback.
• Enforce quality control standards in all repair work, adhering to specifications and safety regulations.
• Manage parts inventory to optimize stock levels and control costs.
