Job summary

Confidential Company, based in Bahrain, seeks an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure timely vehicle repairs. You will lead a team of technicians, provide coaching, and drive a high-performance environment focused on quality and safety.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Automotive Technology or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, plus ASE or equivalent certifications and at least 5 years of progressive workshop leadership.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations ensuring efficient workflow and timely vehicle repairs to meet customer expectations
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians providing guidance training and performance feedback to foster a high-performing environment
• Implement and enforce quality control standards for all repair and maintenance work ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety regulations
• Control inventory of parts and supplies optimizing stock levels to minimize costs while ensuring availability for service needs

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hold relevant certifications such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) or equivalent industry-recognized qualifications.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in automotive repair and workshop management.
