Job summary

Euro Motors is seeking an experienced JLR Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, market analysis, and campaigns in Bahrain. You will work with sales, marketing, and local dealerships to position products, monitor trends, and drive profitability while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive brand management, a Marketing/Business degree, and strong communication skills. An in-depth knowledge of JLR products in Bahrain is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of brand management experience in automotive sector.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software/tools.
• Knowledge of JLR product line and Bahrain market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies for JLR in line with company goals.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with sales for effective product positioning and pricing.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights for product and marketing strategies.
• Oversee campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including JLR corporate and local dealerships.
• Maintain understanding of JLR products and benefits for customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor brand budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Stay updated with industry developments and best practices.
• Develop strategic plan for Jaguar/Land Rover and present annual budgets.
• Prepare organizational chart for Jaguar/Land Rover and staff requirements.
• Train staff and improve JLR efficiency through guidance and monitoring.
• Develop and follow advertising plans with media firms.
• Coordinate with department managers for daily operations and workflow.
