Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders promptly according to service manual, including daily specials and menu details
• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and friendly greeting
• Listen and respond to guest questions and requests using brand process
• Address guests' service needs in a professional, timely manner
• Promote order alternatives and targeted services to guests
• Deliver maximum service while adhering to rules
• Maintain stations and assist with bar duties; relay guest feedback to management
• Plan activities per the weekly work schedule and training as required
