Job summary

Accor Bahrain is seeking a Bar Waiter to support service operations, collaborating with waiters and bartenders to ensure smooth day-to-day service. You will handle drink service, food pickup, station upkeep, and guest interactions from arrival to departure, aiming for high guest satisfaction.

You will maintain the bar area, assist with guest requests, and communicate with the back of house while upholding standards and procedures. A strong command of English and a teamwork mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist bar staff and waiters during service, including drink service and food pickup.
• Maintain bar and station cleanliness, restock, and act as a communication point between back of house and front of house.
• Welcome guests warmly, take orders promptly, and provide information on daily specials and menu items.
• Ensure compliance with F&B standards and follow service procedures and schedules.
• Address guest needs professionally and pass feedback to management.
