Job summary

Advanced Search is seeking a hotel banquet supervisor to coordinate service needs with kitchen and service staff. You will ensure banquet spaces are ready, prepare group checks, and maintain table presentation and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years of related experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Candidates should be prepared to uphold safety standards and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate service needs to chefs and stewards throughout functions.
• Prepare and present checks to group contacts for payment.
• Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks are ready for service.
• Ensure proper centerpieces are displayed on every table.
• Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver prior to use.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow safety policies and report incidents to management.
