Job summary

Qureos is seeking a Facilities & HSE Officer – Automotive to oversee daily maintenance, security, and environmental health and safety across automotive facilities, including showrooms, service workshops, body shops, and spare parts warehouses.

You will ensure uptime, HVAC operation, hazardous materials handling, and safety auditing to keep a safe, fully compliant workplace for technicians, staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in engineering with relevance to facilities maintenance.
• NEBOSH IGC or OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
• First Aid/CPR and Fire Warden certifications are required.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational, structural, and infrastructure issues across premises.
• Conduct inspections and manage mechanical, electrical, and civil works.
• Approve civil, mechanical, and electrical requests before execution.
• Maintain life‑safety systems (CCTV, fire alarms, sprinklers) and liaise with safety contractors.
• Develop contingency plans and coordinate multi‑site projects with HR & Admin.
• Evaluate contractors, negotiate SLAs, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Supervise security personnel and maintenance/janitorial staff, ensuring cleanliness and access control.
• Manage disposal and sale of scrap materials and oversee vendor evaluations.
