Job summary

Yokogawa invites a detail‑oriented analyst to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. You will prepare monthly KPI reports, analyze performance against targets, and develop dashboards to support management decisions.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations and Sales, ensure data accuracy, and help drive continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics and strong Excel skills are required; Power BI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or economics.
• Experience preparing monthly KPI reports and dashboards.
• Ability to work with Finance, Operations and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly KPI reports covering key business indicators.
• Analyze monthly performance against targets and highlight gaps and areas requiring attention.
• Prepare monthly KPI presentation/PPT for Management review.
• Coordinate with LC offices and Finance teams regarding AR collection and DSO improvement.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support operational and business objectives.
• Monitor key activities and follow up on outstanding actions in a timely manner.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving performance, efficiency, and overall business outcomes.
• Prepare and share periodic reports, analyses, and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain business performance dashboards using available reporting tools.
• Update dashboard data regularly to ensure the latest information is available for Management review.

Qualification And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

Competencies

• Experience in preparing monthly KPI reports, management reports and presentations.
• Experience in preparing and maintaining dashboards and management reports.
• Experience working with Finance, Operations, Sales and other cross-functional teams.

Skills

• Good knowledge of Excel, data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Power BI / Dashboard development is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
