Alzayani Investments is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. The role requires hands-on experience in building maintenance, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will perform preventative maintenance across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic mechanical tasks, and provide timely repairs to keep properties safe and functional.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a commercial or residential setting.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Run the daily maintenance operations of the property and buildings.
• Inspect property for life/safety issues and take corrective action with manager notification.
• Identify maintenance needs, prioritize work and obtain manager approval.
• Perform preventative maintenance on buildings including carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC and related tasks.
• Repair electrical switches, outlets, lighting fixtures.
• Assist contractors as required and maintain a clean work area.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the maintenance field and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the daily maintenance operations of the property and buildings.
• Inspect property and buildings for life/safety issues and take immediate corrective action and inform the line manager.
• Identify building maintenance needs, prioritize work and take corrective actions and take manager Approval.
• Be a self starter and work independently in the absence of supervision.
• Perform a full range of skilled building maintenance for extended periods of time.
• Repair and maintain a variety of mechanical equipment.
• Maintain a Clean work area.
• Assists contractors for any requirements the company required.
• Perform preventative maintenance on buildings including but not limited to: skilled carpentry, Electrical, painting, plastering, dry walling, plumbing, heating, limited air conditioning and basic Mechanical repair work, door hardware, keying, exit and emergency lighting.
• Repair electrical switches, outlets, lighting systems and fixtures.
• Perform advance level plumbing work including the installation, repair and replacement of Plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters and pipes; clear obstructions from Water and sewer lines.
• Perform adequate level of carpentry work including the repair ofstairs, handrails, trim, walls, Windows, siding, doors and other work.
• Inspect building facilities to identify building maintenance needs.
• Preventive maintenance reports, recommend, prioritize and perform corrective maintenance required.
