Job summary

Nass Corporation in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Foreman to plan, supervise, and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring safety and quality on every phase of the project.

You will organize workforce, equipment, and materials, verify workmanship, report progress to the Senior Planning Technician, and maintain site cleanliness and compliance with project specifications. Minimum 10 years supervising sites required.

Qualifications

• Secondary School Certificate.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in site supervision.
• Good report writing, communication, and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize the workforce, equipment, and tools required for preparation and laying works.
• Execute mainline works or multiple small projects efficiently and safely.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site operations.
• Calculate the required material quantities for site activities.
• Verify levels during laying operations to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee rolling operations to confirm correct procedures and patterns are followed.
• Monitor the uniformity and surface regularity of completed works.
• Inspect joints using a 3-meter straight edge to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure all completed works comply with project specifications.
• Maintain the site in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Report any potential issues to the General Foreman or Senior Planning Technician.
• Prepare and submit required reports, ensuring adherence to quality control procedures.
• Enforce site protection measures and ensure the safety of all employees and the public.
• Perform various assignments assigned by the Senior Planning Technician.
