• Secondary School Certificate.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in site supervision.
• Strong report writing, communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize workforce, equipment, and tools for preparation and laying works.
• Execute mainline works or multiple small projects safely and efficiently.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site operations.
• Calculate material quantities for site activities.
• Verify levels during laying operations for accuracy.
• Oversee rolling operations to ensure correct procedures and patterns.
• Monitor the uniformity and surface regularity of completed works.
• Inspect joints using a 3-meter straight edge to maintain quality.
• Ensure works comply with project specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly site.
• Report issues to the General Foreman or Senior Planning Technician.
• Prepare and submit required reports following QC procedures.
• Enforce site protection measures and safety of all employees and the public.
• Perform assignments assigned by the Senior Planning Technician.

• Report any potential issues to the General Foreman or Senior Planning Technician.
• Prepare and submit required reports, ensuring adherence to quality control procedures.
• Enforce site protection measures and ensure the safety of all employees and the public.
• Perform various assignments assigned by the Senior Planning Technician.
