Job summary

Experience is seeking a Specialist Safety Training to ensure effective safety training across the airside of BIA, in compliance with ICAO Annex 19, ICAO Doc 9859, BAC ASMS and related guidelines. You will develop and update training manuals, deliver inductions, monitor competency, analyze trends, and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain high safety standards for airside operations.

The role requires a university degree in aviation management, minimum 5 years in aerodrome safety and training,

Qualifications

• University degree in aviation management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in aerodrome safety and training.
• Certification in preparing and delivering training programs.
• Knowledge of ICAO Annexes and SARPS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update training and competency manuals.
• Deliver safety inductions and awareness sessions.
• Monitor training deliverables and conduct audits.
• Analyse safety trends to update training material and competency.
• Coordinate with external trainers and contractors.
• Maintain training records and licenses for systems.
• Ensure proficiency in airside duties and safety procedures.
