We are seeking a highly motivated, hands‑on Senior Clinical Pharmacology Manager to help build and grow our Clinical Pharmacology capabilities as we advance a portfolio of innovative small‑molecule therapies. Reporting to the VP, Clinical Development, you will initially serve as a key individual contributor to guide our programs from early translational development through clinical proof of concept and beyond while progressively taking on broader leadership responsibilities, with the opportunity to grow as the company and pipeline expand.
In this role, you will directly contribute to the design, execution, and interpretation of clinical pharmacology strategies, ensuring that PK/PD data, modelling, and translational insights inform key development decisions. As such, you will help shape the strategy required to support our organ‑restricted therapeutic approaches and late‑stage development ambitions.
