A leading construction consultancy is searching for an HSE Lead to ensure safety on large-scale, high-voltage projects. The role requires a minimum of 12 years of construction safety management experience and the ability to manage high-risk activities. Candidates must possess strong stakeholder engagement skills, knowledge of European HSE regulations, and a collaborative mindset. This position is based in Farciennes, Belgium, offering a chance to influence safety practices in a dynamic work environment.
As a HSE Lead at Linesight, you’ll be part of a high-performing, culturally diverse team delivering one of Europe’s most ambitious data centre builds. You’ll work on a large-scale, high-voltage construction project where safety is paramount, and your expertise will directly shape the success and integrity of the build. In this role you will:
We would love to hear from you if you have:
A minimum of 12 years of construction safety management experience in
addition to relevant HSE team management experience, ideally within data centre, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, or high-voltage infrastructure sectors.
30 Hour training or local equivalent in Construction Industry Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA)
Management training and Incident investigation training
Interviews are conducted either in person or virtually (video required).
