Your Responsibilities Include

• Handling and processing incoming inquiries from customers and dealers.
• Managing contract-related questions by phone and email, from routine requests to more complex cases.
• Executing contract amendments, from calculation and preparation to final activation.
• Performing a variety of back‑office tasks, including the follow‑up of fines, expired contracts, and control reports.
• Striving for the highest levels of customer satisfaction and proactively contributing to effective solutions.
