Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a seasoned 3D Artist to lead and coordinate the 3D production line within XR Labs, guiding junior profiles and interns, and ensuring both artistic and technical quality for XR training simulations.

You will collaborate on realistic 3D environments, asset integration, and real-time engines to deliver immersive XR experiences for defense and police training. The role emphasizes coaching, documentation, and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• 3D modelling and real-time asset development experience.
• Ability to coach and guide a team member (level B).
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with XR projects is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Design, model, and optimize complex 3D environments.
• Coordinate the 3D production line within XR Labs.
• Lead and coach a level B 3D artist and interns.
• Ensure quality control of all 3D assets (technical + artistic).
• Monitor planning, workload, and priorities (in consultation with project management).
• Execute and process 3D scans using high-tech equipment.
• Develop documentation, pipelines, and standard procedures for 3D development.
• Coordinate with other XR teams (Defense, Federal Police, Customs).
• Play an active role in the development and guidance of training and simulation moments.
• Gather technical needs from stakeholders and translate them into XR solutions.
