Job summary

Keystone Solutions in Belgium seeks a senior 3D Artist to coordinate and lead the 3D production line for XR training simulations at a client site. You will guide junior artists, ensure artistic and technical quality, and manage pipelines and documentation.

You will work with defense, federal police, and customs contexts, delivering high-fidelity 3D environments, assets, and optimized workflows for real-time XR projects.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design, model and optimize complex 3D environments.
• Experience coaching a junior 3D artist and interns.
• Strong knowledge of Blender, Maya, Substance Painter or similar tools.
• Familiarity with real-time engines (Unity/Unreal) and PBR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, model, and optimize complex 3D environments.
• Coordinate the 3D production line within XR Labs.
• Lead and coach a level B 3D artist and interns.
• Ensure quality control of all 3D assets (technical + artistic).
• Monitor planning, workload, and priorities with project management.
• Execute and process 3D scans using high-tech equipment.
• Develop documentation, pipelines, and standard procedures for 3D development.
• Coordinate with other XR teams (Defense, Federal Police, Customs).
• Guide training and simulation moments with stakeholders.
• Translate technical needs into XR solutions.
