Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Workday Consultant for a client-site mission. You will leverage your expertise in Workday HCM Core, Recruitment & Talent, and integrations to support, optimize, and maintain business processes.

You will translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations, manage integrations using Workday Studio and PECI, and collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions on time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Workday Consultant or Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM Core, Recruitment & Talent, Workday Studio, and PECI integrations.
• Experience with complex Workday integration landscapes.
• Good understanding of HR processes (hire, job changes, compensation, payroll).
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations.

In this role, you will leverage your strong expertise in the HCM Core module, Recruitment & Talent modules, and advanced knowledge of Workday integrations to support, optimize, and maintain business unit processes.

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize the Workday HCM Core module.
