Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for WMS questions, incidents, and user support within the operation.
• Support configuration, testing, implementation, and enhancement of WMS functionality to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, customers, and partners to identify process and system improvements.
• Investigate system issues, analyze root causes, and coordinate solutions to minimize disruption.
• Deliver user training, guidance, and knowledge sharing for adoption of changes.
• Participate in projects involving WMS upgrades, implementations, and onboarding.
• Monitor system performance and data quality for operational accuracy.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and user guides.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance performance.
• Contribute to testing and change management for new solutions.
