Job summary

ENTS0-E Brussels is seeking a Wellbeing & Prevention Advisor to join the People, Talent & Culture team. You will ensure Belgian health and safety compliance while driving wellbeing, learning, inclusion and engagement initiatives for about 180 employees in a primarily office-based environment.

You will report to the Talent & People Development Manager and contribute to policies, training, and HR data analytics to improve workforce wellbeing and organizational culture.

Qualifications

• University degree with experience in prevention or wellbeing, HR, or health and safety.
• Official Belgian Prevention Advisor certification (Level 2 or 3) is required.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian health and safety legislation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as Internal Prevention Advisor, ensure compliance and reporting.
• Develop and implement health, safety and wellbeing policies and risk assessments.
• Coordinate training modules and support D&I and sustainability reporting.
• Analyse HR data on wellbeing and engagement to drive insights.
