Johnson & Johnson, a leader in Innovative Medicine, seeks a QC CAR-T Investigation Coordinator based in Beerse, Belgium. You will support daily QC operations, lead investigations with root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions within a cross-functional team from production through QA.

The role emphasizes GMP compliance, strong documentation, and collaborative training delivery within the QC group, with weekend coverage as noted. Be part of the CAR-T hub expanding capacity across Europe.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, or related field; or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA/EU guidance is required.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, flexibly, and accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably within Quality Control, is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Exposure to and practical experience with molecular and cell biology techniques, including PCR, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Cell Culture, and Mycoplasma testing, would be highly beneficial and is considered a preferred qualification.

Responsabilités

• Support daily QC operations in close collaboration with supervisors, analysts, Production, Warehouse, and QA.
• Lead QC investigations and prepare final investigation reports based on thorough root cause analysis.
• Define and implement corrective actions, monitor their effectiveness, and ensure timely execution and closure.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team for cross-departmental QC investigations and act as the QC representative.
• Developing and delivering training or awareness sessions within QC.
