Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a QC Micro Analyst for Europe CAR-T operations in Beerse, Belgium. The role performs microbiological testing in a cGMP QC lab, reviews data for integrity, and maintains SOPs while supporting investigations and audits.

The position is part of the weekend team, with Saturday–Sunday shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, requiring strong teamwork and attention to data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field and 2+ years in a cGMP QC lab.
• Strong microbiology testing knowledge and data interpretation.
• Experience with aseptic practices, endotoxin, sterility and environmental monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Perform microbiological testing in GMP-compliant QC lab.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, compliance and integrity.
• Maintain SOPs, WIs and laboratory protocols.
• Support investigations, deviations and CAPAs.
• Assist with audits and inspection readiness.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings.
