Johnson & Johnson is seeking a QC Micro Analyst, CAR-T Europe to perform microbiological testing and review data in a cGMP QC lab. The role focuses on data integrity and patient safety while supporting investigations, CAPAs, audits and cross-functional collaboration.

Based in Beerse, the position is part of the weekend team, working Saturday and Sunday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with emphasis on compliant documentation and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cGMP-quality control lab or similar regulated environment.
• Knowledge of compendial requirements (USP, EP, JP) preferred.
• Experience with microbiological testing principles and data interpretation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; CAR-T/cell therapy or biopharmaceutical experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Perform microbiological testing and analytical activities per GMP and quality specifications.
• Review laboratory data for accuracy, completeness and data integrity.
• Author, revise, and maintain SOPs and lab documents in the management system.
• Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and quality activities.
• Assist with internal audits and maintain inspection readiness in QC Microbiology.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide technical input.
