Johnson & Johnson Beerse is seeking a QC CAR‑T Investigation Coordinator to join the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain hub. This role supports daily QC operations, leads investigations, and coordinates cross‑department activities to ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

With a Master’s or Bachelor’s in biochemistry/related field and strong GMP knowledge, you will work weekend shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, contributing to CAR‑T capacity expansion in Europe and patient‑focused quality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field, or a Bachelor's with relevant experience.
• GMP regulations and FDA/EU guidance knowledge is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and flexibly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments, preferably in Quality Control, is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with molecular biology techniques is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supporting daily QC operations in close collaboration with supervisors, analysts, Production, Warehouse, and QA.
• Leading QC investigations and preparing final investigation reports based on thorough root cause analysis.
• Defining and implementing corrective actions, monitoring their effectiveness, and ensuring timely execution and closure; coordinating a multidisciplinary team as QC representative for cross-department investigations.
• Developing and delivering training or awareness sessions within QC.
