Keystone Solutions is seeking a Web Developer and Web Service API Consultant to join a dynamic team at a client site. This consultancy mission focuses on agile processes (Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD) to design high-performance and scalable software solutions.

The project migrates data from mainframes to open architecture, enabling PoliceSearch, analytics, AI, and ILP integrations. You will develop PHP/JavaScript components and ensure secure, interoperable solutions across client environments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in API and REST web services.
• Strong software architecture experience.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and JWT.
• Hands-on containerization skills.
• Knowledge of design principles and patterns.
• JavaScript and PHP development capabilities.
• DevOps practices including GitLab pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Develop applications, APIs, and web services for the DECOM program.
• Design data exchange services and REST APIs for police applications.

• Build components with PHP and JavaScript; help define technical architecture.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Web Developer and Web Service API Consultant to join a dynamic team at a client site. This consultancy mission focuses on innovative and agile processes (Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD) to design high-performance and scalable software solutions.

Project Details:

The project aims to reduce dependency on mainframe systems by migrating BNG, BCE (KBO), and other police data to a modern open architecture. This migration will enhance data accessibility for applications such as PoliceSearch, analytics solutions, artificial intelligence (AI), and Intelligence-Led Policing (ILP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and evolution of applications, APIs, and web services as part of the DECOM program.
• Conduct technical analysis, design, and develop data exchange services and REST APIs for integrating various police applications.
• Adapt and enrich strategic solutions such as PoliceSearch and PolLogs, integrating new features related to data analysis, AI, and ILP.
• Develop application components using PHP and JavaScript, contribute to defining the technical architecture, and collaborate with development teams to ensure high-performance, secure, and interoperable solutions that meet operational needs.
