Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Developer – Technical Analyst & Tech Lead for a consultancy mission at a client site in Belgium. The role covers design, development and enhancement of IT applications within a healthcare organization focused on digitalization and innovative IT solutions.

You will conduct technical analyses, translate business needs into designs, develop and integrate software, and potentially lead the technical direction with coaching responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Dutch native or bilingual with very good English and good French.
Experience or strong interest in IT applications within healthcare.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Team-oriented and communicative; interest in development and technical coordination.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Conduct technical analyses of existing and new IT applications.

Translate functional business needs into technical designs and solutions.

Develop, maintain, and expand software applications and IT tools.

Integrate new software into existing application landscapes.

Develop and maintain C# services and API connections.

Participate in or guide technical migrations, including application, domain, or infrastructure migrations.

Contribute to performance, security, and scalability of applications.

Actively contribute to a future-oriented IT architecture.

Possibly take on a coaching or technical lead role within the team.

Collaborate within project contexts and contribute to project management activities.
