Reynaers Aluminium in Duffel seeks a Department Head for Internal Transport & Location management in the Warehouse. You will coordinate a team of about 30 side loader drivers and lead the daily coaching of team leaders, ensuring safe and efficient goods flow between departments and production.

You will drive department objectives, manage staffing and safety/quality improvements, and lead warehouse improvement projects in collaboration with other department heads reporting to the Warehouse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a similar warehouse/logistics role is preferred; open to motivated school leavers.
• Strong people, project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilités
