Reynaers Aluminium seeks a Group Business Process Owner Warehouse & Production to strengthen end-to-end warehouse and insulation processes across the group. You will map processes, create group-wide standards and help sites work in a smarter, more consistent and data-driven way.

You will report to the Warehouse & Production Manager RAD and collaborate with Operations, IT, Supply Chain and local site managers to translate strategy into a concrete process roadmap.

Qualifications

• A degree in business economics, industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience in process management, supply chain or operations.
• Experience in a logistics or distribution environment.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse processes and end-to-end supply chains.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and process modelling.
• Strong skills in KPI definition, data analysis and dashboarding.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• A Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification and knowledge of other languages are strong assets.

Responsabilités

• Inventory, document and optimize our warehouse and insulation processes.
• Develop a clear process architecture and manage the central process library.
• Define group-wide standards and support sites in applying them.
• Identify best practices and build an international network of local process champions.
• Drive Continuous Improvement using Lean methodologies such as value stream mapping, 5S and Kaizen.
• Translate operational needs into clear business requirements for IT.
• Act as business lead for process improvements, system implementations and upgrades.
• Translate the Operations strategy into a concrete process roadmap.
