Reynaers Group is seeking a Group Business Process Owner for Warehouse & Production to shape and standardize end-to-end processes across international sites. You will map processes, develop group-wide standards and drive data-driven improvements without hierarchical authority.

You will collaborate with Operations, IT and site managers, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma frameworks.

Qualifications

• Degree in business economics, industrial engineering, supply chain management or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in process management, supply chain or operations.
• Lean, Six Sigma and process modelling knowledge.
• Strong KPI definition, data analysis and dashboarding skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Inventory, document and optimize warehouse and insulation processes.
• Develop a clear process architecture and manage the central process library.
• Define group-wide standards and support sites in applying them.
• Identify best practices and build an international network of local process champions.
• Drive Continuous Improvement using Lean methodologies (value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen).
• Translate operational needs into clear business requirements for IT.
• Act as business lead for process improvements, system implementations and upgrades.
• Translate the Operations strategy into a concrete process roadmap.
