ING Belgium seeks a Local Product Manager for Transaction Services to drive local TS implementations and strengthen a leading European network bank. You will manage the customer journey from pre-sales to onboarding and life-cycle support, coordinating with cross-border TS teams.

The role requires 5+ years in TS, strong English, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders. A hybrid work setup and exposure to strategic initiatives are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of in-depth TS product experience.
• English fluency required; French/Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive local implementation of TS solutions to build a leading Europe-wide network bank.
• Identify opportunities and lead changes to improve the TS offering across the full customer journey.
• Own risk management and mitigate financial and non-financial risk within standardized processes.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team and drive cross-functional change.
• Engage in cross-border interaction with ING Belgium TS leadership and global TS teams.
