ING Wholesale Banking in Belgium seeks an experienced BE Trade Sales Account Manager (TSAM) to own end-to-end servicing for a portfolio of Trade clients. You will drive revenue through TS fees and NII while ensuring seamless operations and strong relationship management.

You will collaborate with the BE TS Sales team and global Trade teams to implement ING’s Trade Solutions across the Belgian market, ensuring scalable delivery and client engagement across all stages of deals and onboarding

Qualifications

Experience managing wholesale trade clients across markets.
Strong communication in Dutch, French, and English.
Ability to drive revenue and oversee end-to-end processes.

Responsabilités

Provide end-to-end servicing for a portfolio of Wholesale Banking Trade clients.
Grow income via TS fee income and Net Interest Income (NII).
Act as primary contact for portfolio and escalate incidents or mismatches in operations.
Structure and implement the operational setup for new Trade transactions, incl. onboarding buyers and suppliers.
Refine interfaces and operational setups for smooth, automated daily processing.
Collaborate with ING Hubs to ensure high-quality execution across Trade processes.
Participate in deal teams for new Trade client pitches and contribute to RfPs.
Proactively conduct client reviews, monitor revenues, and visit clients.
Ensure communication with all internal stakeholders.
