Vessel Interventions Project Manager

Job summary

We ARE Renewables seeks a Project Manager Fleet Interventions to lead end-to-end vessel interventions, including maintenance, repair, mobilisation and redelivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety and quality standards.

Based at our HQ for 9–12 months, you will oversee strategy, finance, contracts, and team performance, with 2–3 months on-site execution in rotation. A technical engineering Master’s degree and PM leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a technical engineering field.
• Basic technical knowledge of ship repair, dredging and offshore installation vessels.
• Experience in turnaround repair/conversion projects is advantageous.
• Strong finance control skills.
• Proven project management experience with scheduling/planning.
• People management ability and team leadership.
• PMP training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for vessel interventions.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control and change requests.
• Coordinate project team and ensure safety and quality.
• Manage contractor relationships and approvals.
• Provide weekly progress reporting to SteerCo.
• Monitor ITP progress and on-site execution.
