Job summary

HARMAN Automotive is seeking a Vehicle Test Engineer to lead end-to-end testing of telematics platforms and in-vehicle systems. You will coordinate across hardware, software, device and cloud teams, performing tests from sanity to system levels and delivering timely reports.

The role emphasizes automation, CAN tooling and API testing, with a hybrid work setup and global collaboration across locations. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years as a Test Engineer in Automotive, telematics preferred.
• Experience with bench and vehicle-level tests and CAN tools.
• Strong knowledge of software testing concepts and test methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform vehicle testing at customer locations.
• Coordinate across hardware, software, device, cloud and mobile apps teams.
• Lead sanity, system, end-to-end, OTA and compatibility tests and publish reports.
• Analyze logs and provide debugging support for tests.
• Support full system tests of device firmware before releases with KPI, performance and security checks.
