Job summary

Toyota Motor Europe is seeking an End-to-End Test Lead to manage testing for Connected Services across in-car and digital platforms. You will plan, coordinate and drive testing with teams across Europe to ensure high-quality releases and excellent customer experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years in software testing, strong knowledge of Agile Scrum and DevOps, and familiarity with Jira, X-Ray, Confluence, Windchill and GitHub.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in software testing, QA, system validation or related areas.
• Experience in end-to-end testing across complex software systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain end-to-end test plans and strategies.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams.
• Support test preparation, execution, defect follow-up and reporting.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, ensure release readiness.
• Review test scenarios and results for customer-relevant use cases.
• Drive defect management and prioritize resolutions.
• Provide status updates on test progress and quality.
• Contribute to test automation, tooling, and processes.
• Coach team members on testing best practices.
