Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a business process engineer or project lead.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and align across functions.
• Excellent communication in English; interacts across profiles and cultures.
• Windchill (Smart Platforms) experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and standardize variant management processes across the product development lifecycle.
• Define methods for feature management, configuration management, and product architecture definition.
• Integrate variant management practices into existing engineering and product development processes.
• Collaborate with PLM/ERP teams to enable variant management in supporting systems and tools.
• Guide engineering teams worldwide in implementing variant management.
• Create process documentation, guidelines, and training materials.
• Monitor process performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support change management and adoption across the organization.
