Atlas Copco Holding GmbH is seeking a Business Process Engineer Variant Management to join our Digitalization Team in the Portable Air division. You will define and implement variant management practices across engineering departments and product Companies worldwide, shaping data governance and processes to accelerate development.

You will collaborate with PLM/ERP teams, document guidelines, and support change management while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and build alignment across functions and boundaries.
• Good communicator (English a must) able to interact with diverse profiles and cultures.
• Self-driven, structured, and comfortable balancing strategic direction with execution.
• Experience with Windchill (Smart Platforms) is a plus.
• Product knowledge about Portable Air products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and standardize variant management processes across the product development lifecycle.
• Define methods for feature management, configuration management, and product architecture definition.
• Integrate variant management practices into existing engineering and product development processes.
• Collaborate with PLM/ERP system teams to enable variant management in supporting systems and tools.
• Guide engineering teams worldwide in implementing variant management.
• Create process documentation, guidelines, and training materials.
• Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support change management and adoption across the organization.
