Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent through experience.
• Proven knowledge of manufacturing processes (conventional machining and/or Additive Manufacturing) and quality management principles.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software suites and data acquisition systems.
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written); knowledge of German is considered a plus.
• Hands-on, creative, and critical thinker who is always looking for a better way to optimize processes.
• Independent worker and reliable team player with strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a cost-conscious, innovative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end process lifecycle from scouting to installation and optimization.
• Keep prototyping shop operational and support operators with technical challenges.
• Work with conventional and additive manufacturing methods and ensure high quality.
• Manage machine selection, CAD/CAM integration, and data acquisition.
• Operate via hybrid model at the Wilrijk facility.
