Médiane Benelux, a specialist in electronics, development, and embedded systems design, is seeking an experienced Validation & Test Engineer in Belgium. You will lead automotive validation campaigns for vehicles, hybrid powertrains, and automatic transmissions within a high-tech environment.

Role requires a Master's in automotive/electro-mechanical fields, 5+ years in automotive, and strong problem-solving and leadership abilities; fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive sector, ideally with hybrid powertrains and automatic transmissions.
• Experience leading a team and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, supervise, and execute automotive validation and test campaigns.
• Analyze and solve technical issues related to powertrain and transmission systems.
• Represent validation activities across the organization and liaise with internal teams and clients.
• Apply structured work and problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, root cause analysis).
• Contribute to the preparation and optimization of automotive test facilities.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of engineers or test technicians.
