Médiane Benelux is seeking a Test Rig Software & Integration Engineer to join its advanced R&D Center. You will develop and integrate software for test rigs using LabVIEW and Simulink, and collaborate across teams to optimize automation and data acquisition.

You will implement new software for test benches based on National Instruments and dSpace hardware, expanding automation with Python and Canape, while maintaining high-quality test results and robust processes.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with strong interest in mechatronic systems, preferably with a software focus.
• Proficiency in LabVIEW/VeriStand (National Instruments).
• Knowledge of Matlab Simulink is an asset.
• Understanding of control theory is a plus.
• Experience with automotive testing, sensors, data acquisition, test equipment, and electromechanics is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Take charge of the software development (LabVIEW/Simulink) for test rigs operating on National Instruments and dSpace hardware.
• Integrate new software and hardware into the existing test environment, ensuring smooth operations by analyzing product development requirements.
• Implement and enhance automation tools (Python/Canape) to increase testing robustness.
• Collaborate closely with engineering colleagues to advise, develop, and integrate software for test bench communication and automation (CAN-network & Python).
• Develop tools, procedures, and documentation to standardize operations across all test rigs, using KPIs to improve efficiency and testing quality.

We are seeking a Test Rig Software & Integration Engineer to join an innovative R&D Test Center specializing in the development and validation of automatic transmissions, hybrid, and fully electric prototype powertrains.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing and integrating cutting‑edge software and hardware solutions for advanced test rigs. Your expertise will contribute to improving testing processes, enhancing automation, and ensuring high‑quality, reliable results.
