Médiane Système is seeking a Test Strategy Lead for our client in the defense sector. You will define and deploy a consistent validation approach across multiple embedded software products, combining strategy, governance, and team coaching in a regulated environment.

The role requires fluent French, on-site presence at least four days per week, and hands-on leadership to raise testing maturity and KPIs across teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• At least 8 years of experience in software testing, verification or validation.
• Strong expertise in requirements-based testing.
• Experience in safety-critical, regulated or highly technical industries.
• Demonstrated leadership in test strategy, validation governance or team coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to define scalable testing processes and support organizational maturity.
• Experience with embedded software environments is highly valued.

Job Description

Our client, a company operating in the defense sector, is looking for an experienced Test Strategy Lead to define and deploy a consistent HLR testing approach across several embedded software products.

This role combines validation strategy, process improvement, team coaching and stakeholder coordination in a complex and highly regulated technical environment.
