Job summary

Atlas Copco Group invites you to join as a UX Specialist on a limited 1-2 year contract. You will join the Communications team and report to the VTBA Web Customer Experience Manager to transform user insights into intuitive digital experiences.

You will analyze user behaviour, monitor site performance, and collaborate with engineering, marketing and content teams to keep content accessible and customer-focused. English is essential; international context welcomed.

Qualifications

• Experience in UX and graphic design with a strong understanding of usability and customer-focused digital experiences.
• Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Hotjar, CRM platforms or HubSpot.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently and bring new ideas to projects.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic, international environment.
• High proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Adobe Experience Manager is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Your role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next UX Specialist (1-2 years contract). You will be part of our Communications team reporting to the VTBA Web Customer Experience Manager. In this role, your mission is to understand how customers interact with our websites and turn user insights into intuitive, engaging and customer-focused digital experiences.You will contribute directly to how we create high-quality products and solutions for our customers.

This role is offered with a limited contract of 1-2 years.

Your day-to-day

• Analyse user behaviour and customer surveys across our websites and translate data into clear, actionable insights and actions.
• Monitor and report on website performance, usability and engagement.
• Collaborate with content contributors from engineering, marketing and communications to ensure that existing and new content is relevant, accessible and customer-focused.
• Provide UX and usability recommendations to improve website navigation, user-friendliness and customer engagement.
• Plan and lead web user experience projects across the Business Area.
• Support the ongoing health, quality and performance of our websites. Take ownership of your projects, from initial idea and analysis through to implementation and reporting.
• Contribute new ideas and practical solutions to continuously improve our digital customer experience.

Your Skills And Experience

• Experience in UX and graphic design, with a strong understanding of usability and customer-focused digital experiences.
