Job summary

Atlas Copco Group invites you to join as a UX Specialist on a limited 1-2 year contract. You will join the Communications team and report to the VTBA Web Customer Experience Manager to transform user insights into intuitive digital experiences.

You will analyze user behaviour, monitor site performance, and collaborate with engineering, marketing and content teams to keep content accessible and customer-focused. English is essential; international context welcomed.

Qualifications

• Experience in UX and graphic design with a strong understanding of usability and customer-focused digital experiences.
• Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Hotjar, CRM platforms or HubSpot.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently and bring new ideas to projects.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic, international environment.
• High proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Adobe Experience Manager is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyse user behaviour and surveys across our websites and translate data into clear insights and actions.
• Monitor and report on website performance, usability and engagement.
• Collaborate with content contributors from engineering, marketing and communications to ensure content is relevant and customer-focused.
• Provide UX and usability recommendations to improve navigation and engagement.
• Plan and lead web UX projects across the Business Area.
• Support health, quality and performance of our websites; own projects from idea to reporting.
• Contribute new ideas to continuously improve our digital customer experience.
