idpp seeks an experienced User Support Technician to provide on-site ICT support in Mons, Belgium, for a short-term absence. You will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computing, printing, and network equipment, and support office automation systems.

The role requires 3+ years in ICT environments, SCCM and Active Directory expertise, and a current NATO Secret clearance. You will contribute to security compliance and ITSM processes while handling day-to-day support tasks on-site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in an ICT/CIS environment.
• 3+ years' experience supporting IT users, desktop hardware and software.
• 3+ years' experience in an IT administration role.
• Current, valid NATO Secret security clearance — mandatory.
• Proven experience with SCCM and Active Directory objects.

Responsabilités

The Role

The successful contractor will support the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of computing, printing and network equipment, as well as customer office-automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and operate computing, printing and network devices.


• Install and configure COTS software on networked and standalone workstations.


• Configure network client software on LAN workstations.


• Configure local server software and specialist peripheral devices.


• Create, maintain and troubleshoot user access for static and mobile devices.


• Work with Active Directory Objects, user accounts, permissions, Organisational Units and Group Policy.


• Prepare software packages for automated deployment.


• Execute support requests, work orders and other assigned IT tasks.


• Contribute to IT security compliance and remediation.


• Support incident, change, configuration and asset-management processes through ITSM tools.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional qualification.


• Proven experience with Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM).


• Proven experience working with Active Directory objects, user accounts and permissions.


• 3+ years' experience working in an ICT/CIS environment.


• 3+ years' experience supporting IT users, desktop hardware and software.


• 3+ years' experience in an IT administration role.


• Knowledge of PC capabilities and deployment.


• Knowledge of current operating systems and office-automation software.


• Current, valid NATO Secret security clearance — mandatory.
