Job summary

Medgenix is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor Fill & Pack to lead the two-shift production team, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency in filling and packaging. You will supervise day-to-day activities, coordinate with two Assistant Supervisors and report to the Production Manager, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and worker development.

The role blends people leadership with hands-on production oversight and requires clear communication, a hands-on mindset, and Dutch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or several years of supervisory experience in production.
• Motivated to lead and develop a team.
• Clear communication with diverse people.
• Affinity for technology in a hands-on production environment.
• Excellent command of Dutch, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate your team and set the example when it comes to procedures, standards and ways of working.
• Provide new colleagues with training in GMP, safety, quality and hygiene.
