Jobat is seeking a Packaging Team Leader to strengthen the operations team in a growing Belgian manufacturing environment. You will lead the packaging department from start to finish, coordinating daily activities and guiding the team to maintain high quality and efficiency on the production floor.

The role focuses on hands-on supervision, collaboration with production planning and finished goods storage, and the introduction of MES and ERP systems to optimize processes.

• Prepare and organize the daily packaging activities.
• Guide employees and distribute tasks across the team.
• Keep a close eye on product quality, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Follow up on packaging orders and coordinate priorities.
• Act quickly when technical or operational issues occur.
• Look for practical ways to improve efficiency on the production floor.
• Maintain clear communication with production planning and finished goods storage.
• Keep the Production Manager informed about progress and possible challenges.
• Help introduce and optimize the use of MES and ERP systems within the department.
