Job summary

Jobat is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to manage the daily operations of a modern packaging and production department. You will lead a team of about 150 employees across multiple packaging lines, ensuring targets, quality standards and customer requirements are met efficiently and safely.

As a visible floor leader, you will coach and support your team, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with planning, logistics and maintenance, and focus on performance, safety and high product

• As a Production Shift Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily operations of a modern packaging and production department. You lead a team of approximately 150 employees across multiple packaging lines and ensure that production targets, quality standards and customer requirements are achieved efficiently and safely.
• You are a visible leader on the shop floor, coaching and supporting your team while continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and performance.
• Lead and support a large operational team, including direct supervision of team leaders.
• Monitor production planning, quality, safety and productivity targets.
• Coordinate closely with planning, logistics and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow up on employee performance, coaching and development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure products meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations.
