Chart Industries, Inc. in Zwijndrecht is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer for rerates and upgrades of turbomachinery and rotating equipment.

You will contribute to performance-improvement, reliability, and life-extension projects under supervision initially, advancing to independent execution. The role requires strong thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and mechanical design knowledge, with hands-on work on CFD/FEA tools and documented technical work packages.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Energy Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Up to approximately four years of relevant experience in turbomachinery, rotating equipment, mechanical design, performance engineering, CFD, FEA, manufacturing, fieldservice or an industrial engineering environment.
• Strong foundation in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, mechanics of materials, machine design and engineering mathematics.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and operating data with disciplined calculations and documentation.
